True Fitness Trial (Suntec City)

hey ;)

And so, my trial membership for True Fitness has ended :( It was a really great stress relieving week after everything so I'll just talk about my trial experience there!

My friend got her membership promotion which lasted for a month THAT'S REALLY COOL cos they usually ask customers to directly sign up for at least a year's worth on membership? And especially since I'll be entering uni I won't even have the time/mood to go all the way there LOL.

But anyway, our consultant was Keith who was REALLY nice, and actually he only contacted Pris since we were all going for it together. Since we are typical kiasu Singaporeans, to make our trial as worth it as possible, we went for as many classes as possible and even gymmed!! The number of classes at the Suntec branch was really little though, probably cause it's mostly catered to the office crowd who can only come by during lunch/after work. So basically it's just 11plus-1plus or 5plus-8plus (USUALLY). And sometimes there isn't alot of classes in a day :(
The only time we all went together LOL

Commercial gyms are really commercial gyms, I swear. The interior is SO PRETTY like purple-ish and blue-ish and everything looks so new! OH AND THE TOILETS WERE SO CLEAN AND PRETTY AND HUGE. Everyone could use the locker as long as they brought their own locks (but actually you can borrow from the counter) and there were 2 towels provided --body and face towel.

And seriously ah, the people in commercial gyms are really different!! Like those atas office/working adults all ready to lead healthy lifestyles and their clothes are all damn chio sia. Not even kidding. I mean like if you compare with the normal community gyms of course you won't see so much chio clothes right??? (ok maybe have but you get the point) We just appeared in tshirts/jerseys since they were cheap and comfortable and we have SO MANY at home LOL.

Another thing--the gym is HUGE. Like legit. I really don't know how many equipment are there but there ARE TONS :O

We went for mostly Zumba and BodyCombat, and 1 lesson of Shabam which was actually really fun. Zumba was like MY FAVOURITE HAHA. There was this one class where there were really dance-worthy songs but since we were late, we could only stand at the back and we couldn't really see it :( SO I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GOING TO THE FRONT OF THE CLASS. Even though abit paiseh but at least you can see the trainer better and you can even watch yourself in the mirror! ;)

We also used the spinning machines, AND YOU CAN SURF THE WEB LEY!!! And even watch YOUTUBE!!! But the internet is quite slow la if you don't mind lol. There are also games there!!! Mostly played sudoku which actually keeps my mind off exercising and I become less tired!! :)) It's also preset to 30min for quick start so it'll just auto stop after 30min SIAN :(

But overall, it's a really good experience and I wouldn't mind signing on for the membership, IF ONLY they provided memberships for like a month or two under a promotion. And for a student like me, it's too expensive :(

So community gyms would just have to do the trick now ;)

Luv, Olliee

WEW the blue light makes nice filters ;)

SPLITS r we flex enuf yet
